The emergency out of hours support team can be contacted on 0800 035 6301 outside of normal office hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and on bank holidays.  Please be aware that most property issues are NOT EMERGENCIES and should be reported to us using the Report a Repair form on your left.  We will respond as soon as the office is next open.

Guidance is given on the FAQs page as to what constitutes a property related emergency. Please contact locksmiths or temporary boarding up companies yourself and arrange for temporary repairs if you have lost your keys or have broken a window door or lock and let us know using the form on the left or by calling us during office hours.

 Most external roof leaks can not be attended to until working conditions outside of the property are safe and so should be reported using the form on your left.  Most internal leaks are caused by overflowing sinks, baths and toilets in properties above - try to contain the leak by contacting the properties above directly in the first instance.
